AGREEMENTS & LEGAL TERMS
These terms apply to all services provided by Boilertech. By booking a service, requesting a quote, or accepting an estimate, you agree to the following terms.

Boilertech is a Gas Safe registered business offering domestic and commercial heating services across Plymouth and the South West.
All written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Any unforeseen issues or changes to the scope of work may result in an amended estimate.
Free site surveys are offered at our discretion and subject to availability.
We aim to arrive within the agreed appointment window. Delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, emergencies, or parts availability.
If access to the property is not available at the agreed time, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee.
You (or a responsible adult) must be present during works unless previously agreed otherwise.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices must be paid within 7 calendar days of issue.
We accept payment via bank transfer or card.
Failure to pay may result in the addition of late payment fees and/or referral to a debt recovery service.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a call-out fee.
For larger installation projects, a deposit may be required, and cancellation terms will be outlined in your quote.
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion.
Any faults arising from manufacturer defects are covered by their respective warranties.
Warranty periods may vary by brand and product — we will assist with registration where applicable.
Our guarantee excludes issues caused by misuse, tampering, poor maintenance, or third-party work.
Boilertech will carry out work with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for:
Pre-existing faults or poor installations not completed by us
Damage caused by unsafe systems, structural issues, or access restrictions
Delays caused by parts suppliers or manufacturer delays
Loss of income, accommodation, or secondary costs during boiler downtime
All work is completed by qualified, Gas Safe registered engineers.
We comply with UK health and safety regulations and will only proceed with work where it is safe to do so.
We reserve the right to stop work immediately if unsafe conditions are found.
Any customer data collected during our work is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell or misuse your information.
